Commonwealth and International Human Rights Case Law Databases

Welcome to INTERIGHTS’ Human Rights Case Law Database service. Over 2,000 summaries of significant human rights decisions are available, from both domestic Commonwealth courts, and from tribunals applying international human rights law such as the African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights, the European Court of Human Rights and many more.

You can search for a topic across both Commonwealth and International Databases, or you can confine your search to search across only Commonwealth courts or only international tribunals.

Simply enter a word or any combination of words, which can include country, keyword, case name, date, court or any other terms, and then select which Databases you want to search across. The search results will throw up all the summaries in which your search term(s) appear, with the most relevant summary appearing first.
