The Commonwealth Human Rights Case Law Database

INTRODUCTION:

The Commonwealth Human Rights Case Law Database provides summaries of recent human rights decisions from national courts in Commonwealth jurisdictions free of charge through a browse facility and a search engine. Many of the cases summarised are unpublished decisions which are not readily available in other jurisdictions.

QUICK SEARCH FOR:      
This is a simple full text search. Use this search when you know what you are looking for in the case text, and do not need to combine the search with other options.
WHAT'S NEW:      
Use this search when you are looking for cases that have been recently added to this database.
COUNTRY:      
Use this search when you are looking for all cases in a particular country.
COMBINED SEARCH:   SWITCH TO COMBINED SEARCHSwitch to the combined search if you want to choose multiple full-text search terms (eg search for 'Juvenile' and 'Capital Punishment', or multiple keywords, etc.)
